# Change log

What changed, when it took effect, which pages it invalidated and what had to be done about it. Kept so that nothing on this site quietly describes a rule that has been superseded.

## Lithuania’s transitional period for crypto-asset service providers ended

Operators registered under the previous Lithuanian regime for virtual currency exchange and wallet services lost the right to continue on that basis. Continuing to provide crypto-asset services in Lithuania now requires an authorisation under the regulation, held either in Lithuania or in another member state.

**Action:** Any page describing the old registration route as a live option is wrong and must be rewritten, not merely dated.

## Fourth Lithuanian CASP authorisation granted

The Bank of Lithuania authorised Micar assets UAB, following Robinhood Europe UAB, UAB “Decentralized” (CoinGate) and Nuvei Liquidity UAB.

**Action:** The running count is a moving figure and must never be written into evergreen copy. Pages cite it through the fact register, which carries a monthly review date.

Readiness assessment

## Work out whether you are ready to file

We map your business model onto the named MiCA services, work out the class and the capital that follows, and test the gaps against the grounds an authority refuses on. The output is a go or no-go, a gap list, a budget and a route.

[Request an assessment](/assessment/) [Check your licensing scope first](/requirements/service-classes/)

Enquiries go by email for now. Nothing on this site collects your details, and [the assessment page](/assessment/) sets out what to include.
