Request a readiness assessment
The first engagement is an assessment, not a licence project. It answers whether you should file at all, where, and what it would take, before anyone spends money on drafting.
What you get
- A regulatory perimeter memorandum saying which of your activities are named MiCA services
- The class that follows, and the Annex IV floor it carries
- An Article 67 calculation using your own cost base, not the floor
- A gap list against the Article 62(2) contents and the Article 63(10) refusal grounds
- A view on whether an electronic money, payment or MiFID permission is also engaged
- A shortlist of home states with the reasoning, where more than one works
- An indicative budget and sequence
What we need from you
- What the business does, in enough detail to map value flows
- Who owns it, through to the natural persons at the end of the chain
- Who runs it, and what else those people do with their time
- Where your clients are, and where you intend them to be
- What exists today for AML, risk and ICT, honestly stated
None of that requires documents at this stage. Do not send passports, shareholder registers or AML files through a web form, here or anywhere else. If an engagement follows, those move through a channel built for them and after a conflict check.
What it costs
A fixed fee for the assessment, quoted once we know the scope. It is deliberately separate from the application build, which is priced on its own, and from the monthly retainer that covers implementation and regulatory correspondence. Nobody can quote a licence project honestly before knowing which services you are applying for.
What this is not
It is not an application, and it is not a promise of one. Authorisation is a decision of the competent authority, and MiCA Article 63(10) obliges it to refuse where the grounds are made out. What preparation changes is the probability of refusal and the number of information requests, not the decision itself.
Send it by email
The enquiry form is not switched on yet, so write instead. There is nothing to fill in and nothing collected here: the message goes straight to us.
Useful things to include: what the business does, who owns it, where your clients are, and which of the services above you think you need. If you would rather work out the last one first, the picker does it without contacting anyone.
How your details are handled
This page collects nothing. There is no form, no analytics on the enquiry route and no third party in between: an email to the address above goes to us and is used to answer your enquiry and scope an engagement, and for nothing else. Ask at that address for a copy of what is held, or for it to be deleted.
Do not send identity documents, shareholder registers or AML files by email. If an engagement follows, those move through a channel built for them and after a conflict check.
